Expert photographers, John Green and Joseph Janowicz, from Kodak will expand your visual awareness and your knowledge of photography in this inspiring course. John Green's job is to help as many people as he can with their photography. It takes him all around the United States where he presents the Kodak multimedia travel extravaganzas and teaches the latest technique to photo enthusiasts en-thusiasts enrolled in the KODAK Photographic Seminar. It also takes htm behind the scenes of the big travel shows where John is instrumental in developing new programming techniques and in structuring exciting new multimedia presentations like the upcoming travel spectacular spec-tacular featuring mainland China. Each summer. Green heads for a National Park like Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, or Rocky Mountain, where he helps vacationers take the best pictures they can of the natural wonders all around them. After several summers sum-mers in the Sierras, Green says his own interest in nature photography has increased greatly. The photographer, who received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photographic Illustration from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1979, says a summer course in basic professional photography proved to be "the turning point" in his academic career. "It completely occupied my life-18 hours a day, and I loved it!" he recalls. Joseph Janowicz is sure that his interest in photography and moviemaking was inherited from his father. Heredity or not, Janowicz's interest may be correctly described as a passion for images on film. He majored in motion picture and still photography at Columbia College in Chicago. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1970, he spent part of the summer in Europe as a free-lance photographer photographing the people and countryside. A 6-month "filmmaking "film-making adventure," working on "T. R. Baskin," a Hollywood movie starring Candice Bergin and James Caan, preceeded his employment employ-ment with Kodak in 1972. Janowicz joined the Kodak Park Audiovisual Division where he wrote, produced, and photographed industrial multimedia shows and motion pictures. In 1978 he joined the Photo Information Department at Kodak Office to work on Special Events. Among the projects to which he has contributed his talents are "Know the Land and People" and "Adventures in Photography," two movie series distributed through educational educa-tional television networks. pimim m wiiiiiii ')"""' ii ' I i H'iiiii'iii hi " T 1 i i I" 111 ' 1 ' John Green Joseph Janowicz For more information and to purchase tickets contact: Snelson PhotoColor Lab 80 West Center - Springville Valuable Door Prizes Discounts on processing Kodak "How to" and enlargements Literature Available In addition to the two-evening seminar Snelson's is offering a photographic excursion the following Saturday, October 26.
