NOALL WOOTTON IS AGGRESSIVE As County Attorney, Noall Wootton is 90 percent per-cent successful in winning convictions against felony offenders. During the first two years in office, he more than doubled the number of felony convictions in Utah County. He's the only prosecuting attorney in the entire United States in the last nine years to win a successful success-ful capital punishment conviction. NOALL WOOTTON IS EXPERIENCED In addition to his experience as county attorney, he served six years as deputy county attorney, two years as an assistant district attorney, eight years as a city attorney, five years as a defense lawyer and fourteen years as a legal practitioner. He has taught constitutional law at Brigham Young University. NOALL WOOTTON IS COMPETENT Noall Wootton works closely with police officers and often accompanies them on investigations and raids to ensure that all the rules of evidence are followed so prosecution can be swift and proper. Felony trials with juries cost the taxpayers as much as $800 a day and more. Slow, unorganized and inefficient prosecution allows criminals to go free and wastes tax dollars. As county attorney, Wootton's operating costs of $1.39 per taxpayer per year is well below the Salt Lake County rate of $4.00 per year. RE-ELECT r:s5LLT.
