Three golfers get hole-in-one Three golfers at the Hobble Creek course came up with a hole-in-one in play during the past week. According to the 1970 fishing proclamation, the following waters are closed to angling until July 1: Strawberry River from Willow Creek down stream to its confluence with Red Creek, West Fork drainage of Duchesne River, Red Creek drainage in Duchesne County from Highway 40 to its source, Redmond Lake Crouse Reservoir in Uintah County, Currrent Creek drainage and all tributaries to Strawberry Reservoir. Bonus Fish Creel and possession limit for trout in Utah is eight fish, provided that not more than two lake trout are taken. In addition to the eight fish limit, a bonus of six cutthroat or brook trout may be taken in Duchesne, Uintah, Summit, and Daggett counties except from Flaming Gorge Reservoir and the Green River. Bonus fish may also be taken from Red Creek, West Fork of the Duchesne River, Current Creek, and Timber Canyon Creek in Wasatch County. Spring Show Ricks hoop star, wife of here complete school Gary Norman, former Spanish Fork basketball star, and husband of the former Linda Harmer of this city, graduated with his wife with associate degrees in Science from Ricks College, Rexburg, Idaho, at commencement earlier this month. Gary is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence G. Norman, Spanish Fork, and Linda's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Orval Harmer of this city. Gary obtained ob-tained his degree in Physical Education and Linda in Computer Com-puter Technology. Gary, who stands 6 feet, 7 inches and weighs 210 pounds, has signed to play for Coach Jack Gardner at the University of Utah after receiving scholarship offers from Colorado State, Portland State, Louisiana State, Ashland College (Ohio), Weber State, Boise State, University of Idaho and Western Montana. He will pursue his studies at the U with a major in Physical Therapy. While at Ricks, he lettered in both basketball and baseball and was named outstanding player of the month; named to the Region 18 all-region first team both years; named to the ICAC all-conference team this year and was on the second team last year; named to the NJCAA Region 18 playoffs all tourney first team ; was named the most outstanding athlete both years at Ricks and received honorable mention, All -American this past year. He averaged 18 points a game and 10 rebounds per game. Lessons will be given Monday and Wednesday in one group or Tuesday and Thursday in the other group. Swimming times are 10 to 11 and 11 to 12 noon.
