Show t Just Among the Family Maw Gives Party Talk In Wyoming CHEYENNE, Wyo., April 18 U.R Gov. Herbert B. Maw of Utah, speaking at Wyoming's delayed de-layed Jefferson day dinner in Cheyenne last night, described the Republican party as the party of the wealthy class. The Democratic executive of Utah, who flew to Wyoming in his private national guard plane, told the 200 Wyoming Democrats that the elemental idea of the Republicans Re-publicans has always been to benefit "the wealthy classes at the expense of the average voter." Maw added that if the average voter would only realize "this fact, the Democratic party "would always be swept into control con-trol by overwhelming majorities." The Utahn added that "the Republicans Re-publicans have always believed the people should receive the government's blessings through the middle men the captains of industry." . By contrast. Maw claimed that the Democratic party has always believed that the government should work directly with the common man to help him. He asserted as-serted that this practice has been true "from the time young Thomas Jefferson resigned as George Washington's first secretary secre-tary of state because of Alexander Alex-ander Hamilton's help-the-rich domination." Maw planned to return to Salt jScouts' world jamboree in France The two-week jamboree the Lake City today. y ,i '"fvW ' " (NEA Tele photo) Mrs. Robert E. Swift (left and Mrs. William E.
