SCARLET FEVER EPIDEMIC IN IDAHO TWIN FALLS, Sept. 21 U.n Twin Falls is nearing a scarlet fever epidemic. Dr. G. T. Parkin son, director of the district health unit, warned the city today as more than 20 cases were listed.
