The long table was beautiful with daffodils daffo-dils and lighted candles and hand-painted hand-painted place cards. A toast to the Gleaner girls was given by Robert Elliott, Jr.; a toast to the M men was given by Norma D. Burbidge and a toast to the men in the U. S. sen-ices was given by Bishop Henry D. Taylor. A solo was sung by Stanford Ekins, a piano solo was played by Ruth S. Colvln and songs were sung by the quartet. Stanford Ekins, Lynn Taylor. H. F. reterson and Sterling Cluff. Dancing was enjoyed en-joyed after the banquet. Twenty-five old folks were entertained en-tertained at a Scera show Saturday Sat-urday morning, then had dinner at the Earl Foote home after the show. Edna May Wagner came from the Wasatch academy at Mt. Pleasant to spend the week end with her parents. Mrs. Bertha Brown and son Francis of Salt Lake we e visitors here Friday. Ralph Peterson has returned to Texas, after a short furlough here for the funeral of his wife's mother, moth-er, Mrs. Anna Campbell. Mrs. Peterson Pe-terson is staying here at the family fam-ily home.
