Birthday Party Is Gala Event Mrs. Howard Gibby entertained 25 boys and girls Saturday afternoon after-noon at her home, at a delightful birthday party for her five-year-old daughter, Joyce Ann. Adding a novemess to the party was the celebration for the first birthday anniversary of Joyce Ann's pet dog, "Boostie."' Hallowe en decorations were used . and a large birthday cake centered the table. Also, there was a tiny cake with one candle for Bootsie, who was seated at the table in a doll's high chair. Hal lowe'en balloons were given as favors, and the same idea was car ried out in the refreshments. Games were played and many gifts were presented.
