Choose large, mild, firm peppers and prepare a stuffing made of cooked sweet corn, minced cooked bacon, sauteed onions and Seasoning. Season-ing. Missionary Is Honored Here A party was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. T. William Jones Friday evening, honoring their nephew, S. Reid Jones, son of Mr. and Mrs. S. Virl Jones, of Spring' ville, who is leaving for a mission in the southern states. Assisting hostesses, were Mrs Phoebe Jones, grandmother of the young man, and his aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Glen W. Baker. Ferron Nielsen, recently returned return-ed from the southern states mission, mis-sion, assisted by Mr. Jones, conducted con-ducted a typical cottage meeting, and Mr. Nielsen related interesting interest-ing experiences. Music was furnished furn-ished by the young men. Gifts were received and a delicious tray luncheon was served.
