Beat egg whites stiff but not dry; fold in ham and sauce mixture. mix-ture. Turn mixture into buttered baking dish; bake in slow oven (325 degrees F.) until firm in center for 50 minutes. When done, mixture will not adhere to tip of knife inserted in center. Serve immediately.
