Electing PAYSOX In observance of National IMucaUon week, a s-o-cial meeting' cf the Pay.son Parent-Teacher Parent-Teacher association, and the first regular meeting- of the council for this year, will be held Wednesday, November 13, at 7:SQ p. m. It will be at the Wilson Little theater in the Junior high school and the president, Mrs. Lois Bates will be in charge. The program has been arranged by the high school and Owen L. Barnett. superintendent of Neto school district will be the speaker. Two activity features from the high school will complete the pro-pram. pro-pram. The orchestra, under the direction of J. D. Christensen, will play four special numbers. A group of six dance numbers by students will include a mixed novelty nov-elty waltz, a burlesque on old time dances; a bowery tap; a ballet; PAYSON A meeting cf the c.iitus club was hi Id Wednesday in the Third ward Relief society with President Hazel Erlamlson in charge. Mrs. Dorothy Chrtetensen was chairman of the legislation program and a talk on that subject was given by Air. J. Roue Croesbeck of the high school faculty. Musical numbers num-bers were given by the high school girls sextette. Mrs. Erlandson announced plans for the annual Thanksgiving banquet, ban-quet, which has been moved up to November 1G, due to the date of Thanksgiving being November 21. It will be held in the Second ward amusement hall and the Junior Cultus club members have accepted an invitation to attend It being the 25th anniversary of the dub, a birthday idea will be carried out.
