Provo Golfer Scores Ace On Municipal Course Bill Ramshaw of Provo Thursday Thurs-day evening became the 'sixth golfer to score a hole-in-one on the municipal course this year. Ramshaw made his ace on the third hole, which is now 130 yards in length. Playing the course with him when he made his hole-in-one were his wife, Gloria, and Bob Boshard. He made the shot with a No. 9 Iron. Billings Leads In P. L. Attendance POCATELLO. Ida., Sept. 18 (U.R) Billings Mustangs may have wound up their first year in the Pioneer baseball league on a cellar cel-lar rung but they came out a leader in attendance records, League President Jack Halliwell said today. Tabulations on attendance at the various parks, Halliwell said, showed Billings ranked second only on-ly to Salt Lake City as a revenue producer. The Billings park seated seat-ed 117,873 persons during the season, compared with Salt Lake's 143.411. The Great Falls park also added ad-ded to the Pioneer league circuit for the first time this year seatT ed 84,647 during the season. Salt Lake in 1947 entertained 143,411. Comparative 1947 and 1948 at tendance figures for the other five original Pioneer league teams, with 1947 figures given first, were: Ogden, 82.056, 93.665; Twin Falls. 99,153. 111.467; Idaho Falls, 72,416, 81,157; Pocatello, 41,493, 88.195; Boise, 110.203, 82.269.
