Aug. 23 (U.R) An explosion believed from combustible fluids stored in a locker occurred in the narcotics bureau at City Hall today, slightly slight-ly injuring three detectives and a bystander. There was no fire, but heavy fumes filled the room and tern porarily blinded the three detec lives. They were led out through a window by a patrolman. Detective L. H. levy, who was in the room at the time, said the blast occurred just after a bright red light flashed from the locker, Neither Levy nor five other per sons in the room was injured. The audience at a fashion show put on by the academy of fashion design here was asked to judge between the two types of skirts.
