They remember trips across Utah, lake u , in bob-sleighs to bring back cedar Oi. post, with many near casualties - when the ice would break. -In their time they have ridden behind oxen, in horse - drawn ve hicles, automobiles, the train of early times, the streamliner and finally the giant airliner. The Bunnells flew to New York a few weeks ago. J Mr. Bunnell was a student at BY academy, studying under Karl G. Maeser. The sons and daughters have studied at BYU. Tuna Fish and Sauerkraut Scallop .(Serves 6) " ' ' Two cups salierkraut, 3 tablespoons table-spoons butter or fortified margarine. marga-rine. 3 table spoons flour. tea-is tea-is poo n salt, V teaspoon pepper, 1 '4 cups milk, 1 13-ounce can tuna fish, flaked (about 2 cups). t cup onion, l& cup buttered bread crumbs. Drain sauerkraut. Melt butter over low heat; add flour, salt, and pepper; blend well. Remove from heat and gradually stir in milk. Return to heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth, Add sauerkraut, flaked fish and onion: mix well. Turn into areas ed individual casseroles. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees F.) 29 to 3u minutes. As a special celebration gesture, set the table with a red. white and blue color scheme. Instead of a 'cloth, use three strips , of blue and white plaid Irish linen dish toweling.
