At 5:30 p. m. Norma. Jackson will meet Mefcba Croft and Vera Holbropk will match strokes with Audrey Mebl. At 6:30 p. m. Peggy Pyle plays Anneliese Bug-gert Bug-gert and Alice m Rowley is paired with Edith Russell. Friday's results gave Nadine Taylor and Ethel Goodman wins; the former defeated Edith Clark, 6-1, 6-0, and the latter conquered Louise Clark 6-3, 6-3. The tournament is sponsored by the city summer recreation pro gram, arranged by. the city, schools and WPA'. Fifty-five persons turned out from Provo and the county for the first summer recreation program pro-gram arts and crafts class Saturday Sat-urday morning. Classes will run eight weeks. Mabel Davis, state WPA arts and crafts drictor, was the in structor. Swimming at North Park pool will toe regulated on an hour basis. Those taking part are asked to be ready at the start of the hour. North Park from 2:45 to 3:45 and at the Provo high school from 4 to 5. An invitation is extended to all youngsters parties bating in the summer recreational Droerram to loin the music classes. At the close of the summer recreation program an operetta in costume will be put on at each of the three music centers. City summer recreation work era will hold their staff meetmg Monday at 8 p. m. in the city court room to plan for the Kiddie's Kid-die's Karnival event which clim axes the season's work.
