Riley, Salt Lake peddler involving violating vio-lating a Provo city sales ordinance more tnan a year ago were dismissed dis-missed Saturday by Judge Martin M. Larson of the Fourth district court to whom the matter was submitted on a stipulation of facts. As Judge Larson interpreted the ordinance it applies only to people maintaining a regular place of business in Provo and does not require re-quire licenses from persons hauling haul-ing produce into the city and selling to the retailers from their truck. For the first time in many' years the official family will be almost entirely Democratic, only" two Republicans holding office in the 1934 roster. They are David H. Jones, councilman, holdover and James A. Anderson, treasurer. The officers who will take over tho reins of government are: Rees W. James, mayor; R. C. Swalberg, four year councilman; Wm. A. Johnson. Herbert E. Williajns and Charles H. Dixon, two year councilman; coun-cilman; Mrs. Leah V. Nelson, re- I corder, and Mr. Anderson and Mr. Jones.
