Hospital SPANISH FORK Le Grande j Lewis, 21, son of John A. and Hannah Han-nah Wolstenholme Lewis, died at a Salt Lake hospital, Saturday morning, following an operation for an intestinal ailment. He had been ill only a week. He was a student of the University Univer-sity of Utah at the time of his death. Last year he attended the Brigham Young university. He is a. nephew of Mrs. L. J. Durrant and Mrs. Clarence Harmon of Provo- The young man was born in Spanish Fork, February 14, 1912, and was apparently headed for a brilliant career when he was cut down by the reaper. Surviving are his parents, seven sisters and one brother, as follows: Mrs. lone Hulsh and Mrs. La Ver-da Ver-da Morgan of Salt Lake; Mrs. Idella Mason, Springville; Mrs. Juanita Johnson, Zelma, Myil, KHAJL TOSG m 3 ' ' EFFICIENT PUBLIC SERVICE bv Third and Fourth Case Is Settled Outside Of Court Withdrawal of the claim of intervention inter-vention brought by J. C. Graham in the case of ttie Knight Fuel company vs. Knight Coal and Ice company liquidation proceedings was granted Saturday by Judge M. M. Larson ' in the Fourth district dis-trict court. The intervention claim of Mr. Graham's was settled set-tled on stipulation, without further court action.
