The width of the pavement on First East a-hd First North is to be 40 feet, the width of the pavement on Fifth North street University avenue and First East street Is toi.be 46.5 feet; the width of the navement on Fifth North street between First East street and Second East street is to be 40 feet; the width of the pavement on Sixth North and Eighth North streets is to be 40 feet, and the width of the pavement on Seventh East street is to be 36 feet. Curb and gutter will be constructed- on all of the above named streets except First East street between be-tween Center street and Third Soutlv street. Four foot sidewalk pavement will be constructed on Eighth" North street between University Uni-versity Avenue and Second East street. Said proposed improvement is to be called Street. Paving District No. 22. The total estimated cost of the improvement above mentioned is the sum of $115,047.00 of which tho r.ltv will nv th aum rf 1 ft 424.00 and the abutters portion of thecost and expense thereof is estimated at $96,623.00 Provo city is to pay for the costs of constructing the paving of the street intersections, and the sum aforementioned to be paid by the city is for this purpose. . The estimated cost per foot of property abutting on said proposed Improvement District is $4.73 on First East! street between Center and Third South streets; $6.23 on First East street between First North and Eighth North streets; $623 on First North street between First East and Second East streets; $6.95 on Fifth North street between University . Avenue and First East street; $6.23 on Fifth North street between First East and Second East streets; $6.23 on Sixth North street - between University Avenue and Second East streets; $6.93 on Eighth North street between University Uni-versity avenue and Second E&ut street and $6.05 on Seventh East itreet between Center and Third South streets.
