The young couple will remain in California where Mr. Olpin will be employed. Mr. Olpin is a former graduate of the B. Y.NU., Provo. Dr. and Mrs. Howard R. Driggs of New York visited with relatives and friends here Strawberry day. Dr. Driggs addressed the throng of 'people during the serving of free berries at the city hall grounds. F. S. Humphries or Provo, an old time resident of Pleasant Grove, spent Wednesday among his friends here. J., June 21 OLE) Attorneys for Bruno Richard Hauptmann prepared their last attack today on his conviction for murder of the Lindbergh baby. In 20 days the state court of errors and appeals will take under advisement ad-visement the last legal plea the condemned carpenter can make. Hauptmann's only other chance to escape the electric chair would be an appeal to the court of pardons par-dons for commutation of his sentence sen-tence to imprisonment. Yesterday the appeals court heard Hauptmann's attorneys attack at-tack the verdict of a country jury which convicted him of kidnaping kidnap-ing the infant son of Col Charles A. Lindbergh and murdering him before ransom was paid. They adjourned, ad-journed, ordering counsel to brief in 15 days their answer to legal points raised during the hearing.
