Sheriff E. G. Dumell and Deputies Depu-ties Reuben Christianson and Wal ter Durrant were conducting the investigation, which was made to throw light on the finding of a heap of clothes found on ihe lake shore on August 1, belonging to someone believed to have been swimming in the lake ami drowned. The clothes had been purchased in American Fork and on the front of a Detective magazine-found magazine-found with them was written a girl's name from American Fork. A close check failed to reveal anyone missing from that city. Owen Zufelt, Arthur Zufelt and Robert Williams, all of American Fork, pleaded guilty to a charge 'of stealing turkeys from Mrs. Ida' Provansal of American Fork. Monday, Mon-day, and were sentenced to four months in the county jail Three months of the sentence was sus pended on their good behavior for one year. The men wtere charged with stealing 17 turkeys, 10 of which were recovered. The theft was committed the night of July 18.
