FARM BUREAU SEEKS TO AID UNEMPLOYED Arrangements are under way by the Springville farm bureau to aid unemployment throughout the community com-munity through a plan of exchanging exchang-ing farm labor for farm produce. An investigation of conditions among farmers reveals that there is considerable farm work to be done, but little ready cash with which to employ men. As a result a price has been listed on farm produce pro-duce and a wage of $2 per eight hour day, single handed, is set, as a medium for the exchange. Unemployed citizens, willing to work under this plan, are asked to register with City . Recorder Harry Pennington, who in turn will give information regarding places and kind of employment supplied him by farmers needing men. The plan is expected to aid the unemployed as well as farmers. President A. V. Nelson, of the local farm bureau, is in charge of the arrangement.
