A special grand prize is to be given1 to the person winning first place in the contest concerning the pigeons. The pigeons were released re-leased at 2:30 p. m. County To Enact Meat Ordinance Soon Says Martin A tentative meat ordinance designed de-signed to bring about adequate inspection and regulation of meat sales in Utah county will be presented pre-sented to the Utah county commissioners com-missioners and to city officials throughout the county within a few days, according to Dr. Thomas Thom-as L. Martin, chairman of the county meat ordinance committee. commit-tee. "Dr. Martin stated Saturday that after a series of meetings and interviews in-terviews during the past three weeks the type of ordinance suitable for the county is practically prac-tically whipped into shape. It is expected to create a meat ordinance ord-inance that will brine about a 1 blanket regulation in Utah county-One of the cardinal principles nf the new ordinance is the provision pro-vision of inspection of all meats to be sold, the meat to be inspected when the animal organs are still attached.
