They are now included - with Spanish Fork as District No. 7. Jones Bowen and Wellington Wood headed a delegation which also asked for gravel on a road through the bottoms. Commissioners Hilton A. Robertson, Rob-ertson, J. W. Gillman and C. H. White advised the delegation that they will consult County Attorney Wr. Stanley Dunford on the voting district change and agreed to have the road project included with the CWA program. The commissioners likewise agreed to aid in straightening a road in the Palmyra district, the oropertv owners having agreeu to furnish small sections of land if the commissioners will furnish fencing material. David Monk Will Money. Melvin Snow and John, Thomas of Palmyra asked for this road aid. Truck Licenses Checked Closely For Ton Plates She doesn't sleeo so .well since we decorated her room.' Truck drivers who are in the habit of hauling three tons on a ti'uck with a one-ton license may expect to get nailed with a 100 per cent penalty at the state tax commission office in the city and county building, according to Victor Vic-tor H. Snow. Already the state patrolmen have conducted a drive that has resulted in about 20 truck drivers being brought in each day to obtain ob-tain a license plate that will adequately ade-quately cover the weight they are hauling. Each truck driver caught breaking the law in this regard is forced to obtain an adequate plate and pay the difference. If he came in voluntaritly to get a 1933 plate he would get it for the half cost allowed after Septemoer. Or, he could obtain 1934 plates. Don't Wait For Assessor Air Snow points out that it is not necessary for car owners to wait for the assessor- to call and assess their automobile before coming to the field office for a plate. The assessment can be made at the city and county building, build-ing, he states. Sale of license plates is going forward very slowly in this county. Mr. Snow says. This means that there will be an extreme ex-treme congestion vand long waits as the time approaches when the 1933 license plates become delinquent delin-quent on March 1. At that time the field olfice will be busy with income tax matters. LUNCH ROOM LOOTED Burglars looted the ""Snappy Service lunch stand at 170 North University Avenue, of two slot machines and a quantity of cigarettes cigar-ettes early Sunday morning, breaking into the place through a rear window. The intruders carried the slot machines out of the building, according ac-cording to the report of L. C. Davis, Da-vis, police sergeant. given by the first grade; animal life in Yellowstone Park will be given by the third grade; primitive primi-tive peoples will be shown by the fourth grade; the fifth grade will give a rythmic interpretation of the story Pandora, and the sixth grade will picture the Swiss people.
