Yorkshire Pudding Drippings from roast beet. 1 pgg. 1-2 cup milk. 1-2 tup flour. 1-4 teaspoon baking powder, 1-1 teaspoon salt. l'3 the fat from the roast beef !o grease custard cups. By the lime the puddings need to go into :he oven the roast will be almost done and there will be plenty ot ?at in the roaster Heat the cup., n a hot oven while mixing the batter. Mix and sift flour, salt ind baking powder Put egg. milk nd dry ingredients in mixing bowl nd beat with a rotary egg-beater for five minutes Pour into prepared pre-pared hot cups, making the batter ibout 1-2 inch deep in each cup nd bake in a very hot oven i 4 5 degrees F. ) for 15 minutes. Reduce Re-duce heat to 4 00 degrees F. and bake ten minutes. Turn off the lieat and finish baking It will fake five or ten minutes When puddings are well puffed baste once or twice with drippings from the roast. Put all the Ingredients into a sauce pan. bring to the boiling point and simmer 20 minutes. Dip the roast In this mixture, turning it to be sure every bit of the surface sur-face is coated Put roast into a hot oven for 20 minutes, then reduce re-duce heat and baste with sauce. A. Malia as i agent of the Provo Commercial j and Savings Bank by the United ! States Fidelity and Guarantee I company. The sum asked is to reimburse the Guarantee company for a sum it was forced to pay the Utah state treasurer as suretyship on accounts of the state in the bank at the time it closed. The total deposit of tho state came to $45,847 but the state treasurer realized $33,772 from the sale of three percent U. S. treasury bonds, which were part security. The complaint asks that Mr. Malia as state bank commissioner, com-missioner, recognize the claim of the company as assignee of the state treasurer and pay them on a pro rata basis with other depositors until they are reimbursed reim-bursed to the extent of $12,075.
