Show 2 I . - UPAXLP 1 , iiV-iV run for the directorship director-ship from that district at the annual meeting and to conduct any other business that may be pertinent to that district. In the event two or less Class A members file at the Cooperative office for the position of director, then there will not be a primary meeting or primary election and that individual indi-vidual or those individuals indi-viduals will be placed on the ballot for the annual meeting. The names of the individuals elected at the primary election shall be placed on the ballot for the annual meeting. Balloting at annual meeting will be by secret ballot. The candidate from each voting district up for election receiving the majority votes will be declared elected as a director. All memberscustomers memberscus-tomers are invited to attend. However, only Class A members may vote. Below are the options for Class A membership: A Class A membership member-ship requires the customer cus-tomer to pay the initial $50 of the $200 membership mem-bership fee upfront and to agree to apply future patronage to the remaining balance of $150, or to pay the entire $200 membership mem-bership fee upfront. Currently these are the only options which qualify a member to vote at the annual meeting. A second option is to initiate membership by being billed $5 month for ten months to fulfill the initial $50 of the $200 membership mem-bership obligation, understanding that the customer will be classified as a Class B member during the first ten months until the ; $50' is paid irit full, at which time the membership will be converted to a Class A membership. With this second option, the customer agrees to apply future patronage credited and retired, to the remaining balance of$150. A third option is to initiate membership by applying all future patronage to cover the $206 membership fee, understanding that the customer will be classified as a Class B member until the initial $50 is accrued through credited and retired patronage, at which time the customer cus-tomer will be converted convert-ed to a Class A member mem-ber with full voting rights.
