By Chef Dan Philpot As promised, here's my crowd pleasing recipe for Cranberry Sauce. When friends and family gather at our place, one of the first questions is, "Did you make the sauce?" They enjoy it as a 'holiday condiment' con-diment' and after dinner, they take a bowl to eat by itself, or pour it over ice cream! ; As a side note, several of the Basin's grocery stores purchase pur-chase their vegetables from f anamura & Antle, one of, if tiot the most, reputable growers m the world. T&A's quality produce pro-duce comes from California's fertile Salinas Valley and is shipped worldwide to very appreciative customers. I trust them and you can too. I neglected that detail. When using the wine, it does not replace the chicken stock. It is just an additional ingredient. (A Mindie Daniels and Colten Cox Cranberry Sauce.
