Utah Boating Coordinator Ted Woolley is asking all Utah boaters and anyone with an interest in water recreation to comment on the draft plan through March 3. "This plan addresses facilities, education, public safety, law enforcement, funding, and environmental environ-mental impacts," said Woolley. Input for the draft plan came from an ad hoc committee with members representing various user groups. Also, recommendations from the results of two boater surveys are included in the draft plan.
