Show Pumraiplldiini ffestiovaD The annual Pumpkin Festival will be held Oct30 in the Jensen Park Pavilion, located on the north side of Highway 40 in downtown Jensen just west of the LDS Church, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. This fun, safe, spectacular Halloween activity for the entire community will make Jensen a glowing spectacle. specta-cle. Families, individuals, clubs, school groups and businesses are urged to bring their favorite pumpkins. pump-kins. The more the merrier! Pumpkins may be carved, painted, paint-ed, or dressed up for the occasion. Pick a theme and let the imagination imagina-tion run wild! There is no charge either to create a display or to come look and wander through the pumpkins. Paper pumpkin was made by Uintah Care Center resident. All pumpkin carvers are invited to display their creations in the pumpkin festival. Displays may be set up between II a.m. and 4 p.m. Costumes are welcome but dress warmly. Hundreds of glowing pumpkins will be carved as favorite storybook characters, dinosaurs, witches and traditional Jack-O-Lanterns! Free refreshments and a bonfire with toasted marshmallows will complete com-plete the evening. Split Mountain Garden Center is coordinating this event.
