I II' Boys Cross-County team warms Utes Cross-County team goes to state October 15 the Uintah High School Cross-Country team traveled trav-eled to the Roosevelt golf course to participate in a region meet. There were two races Junior Varsity and Varsity Girls combined, and Junior Varsity and Varsity Boys. Shae Messershmit from Lehi, was expected to be the top runner in the women's race. Jeni Carter, also from Lehi, was expected to be right behind her. Messershmit set a new state record in the three mile run at 18:39. Carter came in with the time of 18:42. Park City took third. Wasatch came in second. Lehi had the repeat win from last year in first place. The Lady Ute team consisted for eight runners: Tiffany Murray 22:58, Deni Sorenson 23:19, Monica Hepler 23:04, Katie Richardson 24:17, Necia Anderson 25:05, Sharon Fink 27:10, Tara High Series Girls: Lydia Zeller 404 Monica Hepler 338 Rashael Dunn 308 Boys: Jacob Wilson 610 Rex McCarlcy 585 Daniel Curtis , 552 The Strikers Team Standings winlost Reynolds, Scarlc & Kay 1 9-5 Old Towne Printing 18.5-5.5 Auto Piping 15-9 B irchell, Chapoosc, Farley 1 5-9 High Rollers Team Standings winlost Rushton& Miller 18-6 Day's Inn 16-8 Maurice's 13-11 Premium All Belted Light SQ195 VTLI23575R15C LI23585R16E $99.95 31I10.50R1SC .$96.95 LI26575R16C U24S75R16E, ,..$95.95 $110.95 H22575R160. $97.95 40.000 " ttWod wananty UtJu tttKl Vac tnn V O0 taM t MM IHM tiw U23575R15C....... $99.95 3U10.50R1S $115.95 LUG V75R160.... 1113 05 LI23585R16E... $119 95 3312.50R1$ $134 85 35I12.SOR1S $145.95 k Mioh r3 tnuri twnorfl nd M ttrt Orh doan l mmj t ptfurjh .toad toXa ami tanya tyjmi t-oai 990 U:..
