This is an action to quiet title to real property located in Uintah County, Ut.ih and therefore jurisdiction juris-diction and venue are appropriate ap-propriate in this court. 2. Plaintiffs, Slaughs. arc in the process of purchasing pur-chasing the above descried de-scried real property from the Plaintiff, Earl B. Hunting. 5. The real property described de-scribed in parcel one is tilled ti-lled in the name of Plain-till Plain-till Earl B, Hunting and hit deceased wife, Shirley A. Hunting, who died on January 1 7. I982. 6. Defendants, William Perkins, Kevin Perkins and Jacolyn llcne Jonci re children of Shirley Hunting and together with the Plaintiff are potential heir of Shirley Hunting, 7. Pursuant to the terms of the Utah Probate Code, Plaintiff Earl B. Hunting ii lite husband and heir of Shirley B, Hunting ac-quired ac-quired I he Interest of Shirley B Hunting in (he above described real properly al the lime of her death, 8. The real properly dent de-nt bed in Parcel 2 l II-tied II-tied in the name of David P. Barren and Diana M. Bairett, 9. David P. Barrel! and Diana M. Barren, by a contract dated July 17, 1980, agreed to sell the real property described in Parcel 2 to Earl B. Hunting Hunt-ing and Shirley Hunting. The contract is recorded in the Uintah County Recorders Office at Book 267 Page 339. 10. Plaintiff, Earl B. Hunting, has fully paid the purchase price owed for that property according accord-ing to the terms of that contract. 11. The Barretts failed to convey the property to Hunting and their present address and location are unknown. 12. EarlB. Hunting has paid the real property taxes on the above described de-scribed properties for in excess of seven years and has possessed the same. 13. Plaintiff, Earl B. Hunting's title to the above described real property is paramount to and superior to any of the named Defendants and to any one else who may claim an interest in the property. 14. Plaintiff, Earl B. Hunting is entitled to an Order quieting title to the above described real property in his name as against the Defendants and any one else who may claim an interest in the property. PRODUCTION COMPANY PURPOSE OF PUBLIC PUB-LIC NOTICE: The purpose pur-pose of this notice is to solicit public comment on the proposal by the Region VIII Office of the U.S. Environmental Protection Pro-tection Agency (EPA) to issue a permit to convert and inject fluids underground, under-ground, via the Class II enhanced oil recovery (EOR) well, Red Wash Unit (RWU)52. BACKGROUND: EPA Region VIII is currently reviewing an application for an Underground Under-ground Injection Control Permit from Chevron U.S.A. Production Company Com-pany (Chevron), 11002 East 17500 South, Vernal, Ver-nal, Utah 84078-8526 regarding re-garding enhanced oil recovery re-covery injection operations opera-tions so that Chevron may continue to economically econom-ically produce oil from their Red Wash unit. The injection fluid will be a combination of recycled Green River Formation water and the water taken from water supply wells operated by Chevron. The majority of water produced at Red Wash is recycled injection water, 9,996 mg1 Total Dissolved Dis-solved Solids. At virgin conditions, only minor amounts of "reservoir" water have been produced pro-duced since the Green River Formation injection injec-tion zone had an irreducible irre-ducible water saturation. Chevron has proposed to inject fluids into the Green River Formation, between the depths of 5,629 feet and 5,714 feet, through an enhanced oil recovery well, the RWU 52.
