Coene and Dean Bagley drove to Rigby the following day to attend the funeral on May 21, returning home on Thursday. Edwin E. Bagley, a four-year Seminary student, graduated May 22 at the Roosevelt West Stake. The Elders Quorum party for the Whiterocks Branch was held at Bacon Park with 60 members in attendance. After a meal of barbecued hamburgers ham-burgers and hot dogs, salads and cake, the participants visited until dark. Lovell and Dixie Hardman drove to Orem last Saturday to visit Lovell's mother, Emma Rhoades, who is 86 years old. Lovell Hardman drove to Salt Lake City for a one-day business trip. Loren and Zella Pike were weekend visitors with their daughter and her husband, Darla and Kirk Draney, at their home in Salt Lake. Mary Lynne and Stanley Hoopes drove to Mesa, Ariz., for a two-week stay where they visited with relatives. Accompanying them was Mary Lynne's daughter, Joye Lynne Click, who will live with her sister, Lisa Deet, in Mesa and has obtained employment as a secretary in a real estate office. Stanley and Mary Lynne spent Mother's Day with Mary Lynne's mother, Dorothy Hancock, and enjoyed en-joyed the 91 temperature. President Shirley Ainge, John and Cherie Dickey, Betty King and Keith and Wanda Bastain drove to Provo. Lee and June Dickey of Payson, were Mother's Day visitors with John and Cherie Dickey and family, and enjoyed en-joyed a Mother's Day dinner with the John Dickeys before returning home. Kay Rasmussen's daughter, Sherry Kay, of Salt Lake, is at present in Birmingham, Bir-mingham, Ala., where she is training employees of Ireco Chemical for the next three weeks. LaRae Moosman with two daughter, Lisa and Amanda, drove to Orem last Thursday to visit her sister, Norma Brooks. While there, the Moosmans stayed with LaRae's parents, Norval and Fay Kitchen. The following day, the Moosmans, along with Norma Brooks and her three daughters, drove to Richfield to visit Darrell Kitchen, their brother. Darrell will be remembered by many in the Whiterocks areas, as he was formerly former-ly a resident here. From Richfield, LaRae and her sister and children, drove to Aurora, where they attended the dinner and reception for LaRae's niece, then returned to Orem that night, staying with the Norval Kitchens Kit-chens and returned home the following follow-ing day. Pcrnice Ainge'i brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Harold II. Cook, of California brought their frirnds. Mr. and Mrs. Mansfield Young with them for a visit with the Amgrj. The thrre couples visited with John and Cherie Dickey and ffljuyed cake and ice cream for Gregg Dickey's loth birthday. Those graduating from 4-year seminary from Tridell were Stina Ikard, Michelle McKee, Warren Wilson, Stanley Goodrich, Chad and Kenneth Simmons. Mr. and Mrs. Lester Bartlett were visitors in Salt Lake City Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Gene Williams of Fer-ron, Fer-ron, Utah are spending the Memorial Day holidays visiting at the Gene Wallace home. Brenda Goodrich has been a patient at the Duchesne County Hospital in Roosevelt. Mrs. Goodrich has a blood ' clot in her foot. The Aaron Simmons family went to Spanish Fork Sunday and Monday where they visited Mr. and Mrs. Newell Baum. Mr. and Mrs. Farrell Simmons and Mr. and Mrs. Louis Simmons went to the Arches National Monument recently for a short vacation. Rossa Simmons flew to Salt Lake Ci ty Thursday to a seminar in conjunction conjunc-tion with the rest home in Vernal. . Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Woollard, students at Snow College, spent last weekend at home with Mr. and Mrs. Bernie Woollard. Jaycina Wilson, also a student of Snow College, spent the weekend with her parents. The Michael Halls of Salt Lake City spent the weekend with the Lynn Halls in Roosevelt and the DeVon McKee family in Tridell. Edna Wallace went to Salt Lake City Ci-ty Monday to have her hand checked by a specialist. MIA youth from Tridell went to Provo Pro-vo Saturday to do baptismal work in the temple. Clark McKee, Eileen Harvey and Lea Mae Hatch drove the group out and chaperoned them. There were nine boys and six girls that went out. Edith Goodrich arrived at the Dennis Den-nis Goodrich home Sunday. Mrs. Goodrich, who is from Bountiful, came out to spend the Memorial holidays with her son and family. The Gene Wallace family spent Saturday in Ferron, Utah visiting their daughter Diana Williams and her family. Randy Goorich flew to Hood River, Ore., Twin Falls and Boise, Idaho where he has picked up and delivered airplanes this week. Wade and Donald Haslem, who are employed in Salt Lake City, spent the Memorial holidays with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Haslem. Sue Ann and Marel Martin and family fami-ly enjoyed the Memorial holidays at the Lennis McKee home. Mr. Livingston I Presume...
