The Notice of Default for the Trust Deed was recorded on April 28, 2011 as Entry No. 00921646, in Book 2078, at Page 1774 in the Official Records of the County Recorder of Summit County, State of Utah. The current Beneficiary of the Trust Deed is FIRST UTAH BANK and the record owner of the above described property as of the recording of the Notice of Default is RICHARD T. WILLIAMS. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Hideout Town Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 beginning at 4:30 PM at 10860 North Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah. The purpose for the hearing is to discuss and possibly approve a preliminary plat for all phases of the Rustler Subdivision within Hideout Canyon. If the preliminary plat is approved, a second public hearing will be held to discuss and possibly approve the final plat of Phase 1 of the Rustler Subdivision in Hideout Canyon.
