SEPT. 24 Art talk The Kimball Art Center will host an art talk at 6:30 p.m. with Hank Louis, a professor of architecture at the University of Utah, principal owner of Gigaplex Architects and founder of Design Build Bluff, a nonprofit organization that builds homes on the Indian reservation in Bluff, Utah. Enrided "Brick by Brick,' the talk will cover the logistic and artistic aspects of creative building design. The talk is free and open to the public. Ski film screening The Egyptian Theatre presents a screening of "The Edge of Never," a film that documents 15-year-old Kye Petersons journey to ski the route that lulled his father, extreme-skiing legend Trevor Petersen, in 1996.
