On Saturday, March 17 at 11:56 p.m., the police received a complaint that people in two vehicles in a parking lot on the 1700 block of Park Avenue were throwing beer bottles. When officers arrived, they cited four people on alcohol counts. The police received a complaint at 11:10 p.m. that people were playing loud music at the skateboard park at City Park. When officers arrived, the people were gone. Officers responded to Daly Avenue at 9:45 p.m. after between eight and 10 kids were reportedly knocking over trash cans. Officers found them and told them to pick up the garbage. .
