Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort and The Canyons are scheduled to wrap their seasons on Sunday. The local ski season was strong, many people say, but Ski Utah, which tracks the number of skiers and snowboarders, has not yet said whether 2005-2006 was a record-setting season. He was wanted on three warrants, the police said, but public Police Department logs did not specify the charges. The police took the man to jail. An officer cited a driver on the 1500 block of Snow Creek Lane for violating fire-lane parking rules. A police officer at 1:02 p.m. assisted a member of the Summit County Sheriffs Office investigating graffiti discovered on an overpass on U.S. 40. Officers were told that a puppy was missing at 11:54 a.m. at the intersection of Hillside Avenue and Main Street. The woman found the 4-month-oId puppy, the police said. The police investigated a report that two men were seen driving in a field off S.R. 22 at 5:30 a.m. Officers found the vehicle stuck in the field. Two men, who the police said were intoxicated, were cited on charges of underage drinking, the police said. On Saturday, April 8 at 10:38 p.m., a person told the police he was removed from a nightclub on the 400 block of Main Street without a reason. He told the police that his belongings were still inside but public police logs did not provide details. Police officers were called to the 1800 block of Sidewinder Drive at 4:09 p.m., after an alarm company transferred a woman's call to the police. She told the police that she should be alone in a business but she heard someone walking in the office and no one answered when she called out. An officer arrived and found no one in the building. At 1:11 p.m., kids were seen in the skateboard park at City Park. The skateboard park, though, is closed for the winter still. The police warned them for trespassing and the kids left. A hit-and-run traffic accident was reported on the 1400 block of Park Avenue at 9:44 a.m. A person called the police at 1:43 a.m., reporting a burglar on the 1900 block of Stryker Avenue but then said the person was his brother-inlaw. On Friday, April 7 at 8:28 a.m., the police received a complaint that several men were shooting paintballs at a house on the 700 block of River Birch Court. No damage was reported, the police said. The police warned a person for having a dog off a leash on the 600 block of Park Avenue at 7:16 p.m. An officer warned a driver at 6:57 p.m. for failing to stop for a pedestrian on the 1900 block of Bonanza Drive. At 6:55 p.m., the police said a person in a black Mercedes-Benz double parked on the 400 block of Main Street. The police found that the car ran out of gas and the owner returned to move the vehicle. The police arrested a woman on the 2000 block of Prospector Drive after she reportedly was waving scissors and throwing clothes. She was booked into the Summit County Jail on a charge of public intoxication, the police said. She was wanted on two arrest warrants, according to the police. . An ambulance was called for a man who was found bleeding from his forehead on the 400 block of Main Street. The police classified the case as an aggravated assault. On Thursday, April 6 at' 10:46 p.m., a woman was reportedly asked to leave a bar on the 400 block of Main Street after she allegedly smoked marijuana. The woman countered that a bouncer hit her, the police said. A car window was reportedly broken on the 1600 block of lower Iron Horse Loop Road at 7:37 a.m. On Wednesday, April 5 at 10:56 a.m., the police received a complaint that linens and other items were taken from a room on the 1400 block of Empire Avenue. The police were told that the items are valued at more than $200. On Tuesday, April 4 at 7:45 p.m.. an officer issued a warning for a loose dog on the 1200 block of Park Avenue. On Monday, April 3 at 5:04 p.m.. the police received a complaint about a credit-card fraud on the 1500 block of Little Kate Road. At 12:35 p.m., a police officer warned a bicyclist for allegedly running a red light at the intersection of S.R. 248 and Wyatt Earp Way. At 1:23 a.m.. the police responded to a report of a fight behind a nightclub on the 300 block of Swede Alley. An officer cited a person for underage drinking.
