On Tuesday, doctors removed 156 stitches from the right side of Nathan Molineux s head. "He was in the hospital for about ten days," said Salt Lake County resident James Molineux. the hoy's lather. •"His heart rate kept dropping down really, really low." Since the conviction, Tiscareno replaced her attorney wilh James Bradshaw, of Salt Lake City, who was successful in delaying her sentencing. •'We're hoping to avoid sentencing, we're hoping that we never get there," Bradshaw recently told The Park Record. He wants a new trail or acquittal for Tiscareno. Third District Court Judge Deno Himonas is scheduled to hear arguments on Bradshaw's motion for arrest of judgment in Silver Summit on Jan. J 1 at 1:30 p.m. "I've talked to a couple of the jurors and they all say the same thing, she did it and she needs to pay for it." Molineux said. "I did- COUNTY SHERIFF'S REPORT Sisters, man injured seriously in snowmobile crashes Two sisters, one whose residence is listed in Georgia and another from the Snyderville Basin, were injured Monday while snowmobiling in a field near Marion, according to authorities. "She hit an irrigation pipe with her face." Summit County Sheriffs Office Capt. Joe Offrel said about the eight-year-old Glenwild resident who was driving the sled. "They didn't have a lot of hope that she was going to make it." The girl was riding on the front o! the snowmobile with her sister. 20year-old Samanlha Bailey, of Georgia, around 11:42 a.m. when the crash occurred near 3024 North 9(X) East in Marion. About one hour later, another snowmobile accident was reported to a Summit County dispatcher from Weber Canyon east of Oakley. A 25-year-old man was airlifted to Salt Lake City after seriously injuring his back while riding near Thousand Peaks Ranch, Offret said, adding that his injuries weren't life threatening. "A guy was snowmobiling wilh friends and crashed ... they had to use search and rescue resources." Offrel said. "They had four South Summit ambulances out at the same time."
