Show Woods Cross students awarded ! Jed Feller and Noell Goodrich were recently awarded the U.S. Army Reserve National ScholarAthlete Schol-arAthlete Award. w h : This prestigious award is presented annually by the U.S. Army Reserve to high school students who have shown outstanding outstan-ding ability in both academics and athletics. Sgt. Scott Barnes presented the two Woods Cross students with bronze Olympic-Style ScholarAthlete Schol-arAthlete medals at a school ceremony on May 15. The U.S. Army Reserve has presented the National ScholarAthlete Schol-arAthlete Award since 1981. Since then it has become a strong tradition in many high schools. Each year, teachers, coaches and administra tors from more than 12,000 high schools nationwide choose some 20,000 students as ScholarAthlete recipients. "Like the award it sponsors, said Sgt.
