Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 4th day of February, 1991, at 10:00 o'clock AM. at the north front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, located at 28 East Stale Street, Farmirigton, Utah, in the County of Davis, by BLACK'S TITLE, INC. as Trustee for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by ELPtTHA SOURLOS JOHNSON, as Trustor, dated December 5, 1986 and recorded December 10 1986 as Entry No. 76J977 in Book 1129, Page 632 of official records of the Davis County recorder, State of Utah. Given to secure indebtedness in favor of NORTHWEST CREDIT UNION. Notice of Default was recorded on October 3, 1990, as Entry No.904193 in Book 1374, Page 426 of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the tune of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following describee" property located at 194-196 East 1200 South, Centerville, Utah, which property is located in Davis County, State of Utah, and is more particularly described as follows: LOT 15, EVERGREEN SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of part of Section 18, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Centerville, according to the official pUt thereof, recorded in the oft ice of the County Recorder, County of Davis, State of Utah. Lor the purpose of paying obligations obliga-tions secured by said Deed of Trust, including fees, charges and expenses of the Trust Deed, advances, if any, under the terms of the Deed of Trust, interest thereon, and the unpaid principal prin-cipal of the note secured by the Deed of Tnist, with interest thereon as in the Note and by law provided.
