Show LEGAL NOTICE Petition No. 91-1C Please be advised that the Bountiful Planning Commission will hold a public hearing TUESDAY, February 19, 1991 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Planning Conference Room, Bountiful City Hall, 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in and ascertain the advisability of approving or disapproving a Conditional Use Permit for the following land use: Permission to construct an Automotive Repair and Automotive Service Center at 2885 So. Main. Building will be single story with approximately 6,550 sq. ft. of floor space. This property is the vacant parcel located adjacent to and north of Dan Eastman Jeep Eagle car business, and is owned by George Koroulis. A Conditional Use is a land use that can be made acceptable in a particular area if the developer will comply with specific conditions that are outlined in the Zoning Ordinance to assure compatibility with surrounding land uses. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this proposal. If you cannot attend, feel free to voice opinion in writing or by agent or attorney. If you know of any affected property owner who failed to receive a copy of this notice, please advise them of this meeting.
