Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, 28 East State, Farmington, Davis County, State of Utah, on January 22, 1991, at 9:30 am. on said day for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Clarence Baker and Linda V. Baker, husband and wife. Trustee, in favor of Utah Title & Abstract Company, as Trustee, and Fleet Mortgage Company, as Beneficiary, covering real property located at 617 North 1 100 West, Clearfield, Clear-field, Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 102, COUNTRY VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 3, according to the official plat thereof, recorded in the office of-fice of the County Recorder of Davis County.
