Show James A. Thomson KAYS VILLE James A. "Jim" Thomson, age 72, passed away Saturday, Sat-urday, Oct. 22, 1990 in a Bountiful nursing home. He was bom March 30, 1918 in Salt Lake City, a son of James Kenneth and Maude Bertha Brown Thomson. Married Lucile Mary Holmes March 21, 1939 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He graduated from South High School. He was employed by G.E. Supply, Supp-ly, Remington Arms, Tennessee Eastman at Oak Ridge, Tenn., Graybar Electric and National Electric. Elec-tric. He operated the businesses of Electrical Representatives and ERCO, Inc. He served in the Sunday School, Mutual and Scouting. Golf, skiing, fishing and hunting have been a big part of his life. Survived by his wife of Kays-ville; Kays-ville; two sons and two daughters, James Lynn and wife Linda, Layton; Roger H. and wife Dale, Kaysville; L. Pamela and husband LeVar Thompson, Kaysville; Shirley Ann and husband Wm. Lynn Weight, Rigby, Idaho; 13 grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren. great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Marjorie Carbine, Lehi; LaRue and husband Richard Smuin, Kaysville; two sisters-in-law, Corine Thomson, Thom-son, Brigham City; Patricia Thomson, Thom-son, Bountiful. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ken and Don. Funeral services were held Oct. 25, at Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary. Mor-tuary. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery. |
