CANNON, as Trustee, and ASSOCIATES ASSOCI-ATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY OF UTAH, INC., as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made oy kudcki lee ivicrviivrv AND CARMA LOIS McKISSICK as 1 Trustors, recorded April 7, 1987 as Entry En-try No. 0780432 in Book 1157 at page 574 of the Official Records of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness in favor of ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY OF UTAH, INC., by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded July 9, 1990, as Entry No. 895979 in Book 1359, at Page 878 of said Official Records. The beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust and the obligation secured thereby is now owned by Associates Asso-ciates Financial Services Company of Utah, Inc. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property located at 566 East 350 South, Clearfield, Davis County. State of Utah: All of Lot 1 1, Block 2, Central Cen-tral Park Subdivision, a subdivision sub-division of part of Section 1, Township 4 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Clearfield, according accor-ding to the official plat thereof, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided. |
