Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 20th day of August, 1990, at 10 AM. at the Main Entrance of the Davis County Courthouse, Court-house, Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by BRYAN W. CANNON, as Trustee, and KEY BANK OF UTAH, as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by J. MICHAEL McKENNA and NANCY McKENNA, as Trustors, recorded July 27, 1984, as Entry No. 678705 in Book 999 at page 1463 of the Official records of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness in favor of KEY BANK OF UTAH, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded April 6, 1990, as Entry No. 887537 in book 1345 at page 217 of said official Records. The beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust and the obligation secured thereby is now owned by Key Bank of Utah. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property at 1369 East Heather Drive, Layton, Davis County, Utah: All of Lot 17, HEATHER HILLS SUBDIVISION NO. 3, in the City of east Layton, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
