Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of the sale, at the north front door of the old Davis County Courthouse, 50 East State Street, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, on May 20, 1992 at 4:00 p.m. of said day, for the purpose cf foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Cecil C. Smith and Sharon R. Smith, husband and wife as Trustors, in favor of FCA Mortgage Company, as beneficiary, covering real property located at 649 South 300 East, Kaysville, Utah 84037, situated in Davis County, State of Utah, more particularly described as: All of Lot 23, Gailey Subdivision, Subdivi-sion, Plat "A", according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office. more commonly known as 649 South 300 East, Kaysville, Utah 84037. Said sale will be without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, or encumbrances, encum-brances, and will be for the purpose of paying obligations secured by the Trust Deed and expenses of sale as provide! by law.
