Show m NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 10th day of March, Mar-ch, 1992, at 1 1 o'clock A.M. at the north nor-th front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, located at 28 East State Street, Farmington, Davis County, Oltah, by BLACK'S TITLE, INC. as Accessor Trustee for the purpose of toreclosing a Trust Deed executed by CURTIS ROGHAAR and DEBBIE M. ROGHAAR, husband and wife, as Trustors, dated December 18, 1989, and recorded December 19, 1989, as Entry ONo. 878234 in Book 1328, Page 576 of official records of the Davis County Recorder, State of Utah. Given to secure an indebtedness in favor of Citibank (Utah). Notice of Default was recorded on NOVEMBER 7, 1991, as Entry No. 947368 in Book 1449, Page 85 of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to tide, possession or encumbrances, the following described property which is located in Davis County, State of Utah, and is more particularly described as follows: ALL OF LOT 75, MAPLE HILLS SUBDIVISION, NO. 2, PLAT C, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE DAVIS COUNTY RECORDER.
