The Wildcats visit West on Friday afternoon at 5 p.m. SALT LAKE CITY The Woods Cross Lady Wildcats got off to a fast start in region play Wednesday afternoon with a 42-37 victory over Granite. Woods Cross is now 1-0 in league play and 3-4 overall, and has a two-game winning winn-ing streak. After the Wildcats took a 12-7 first quarter lead, the Farmers came back to within two at 21-19 at halftime. Woods Cross then sprinted to a 36-25 lead entering the fourth quarter and held on.
