Interment will be in the Centerville City Cemetery. Joel Everett Clayton CENTERVILLE Joel Everett Clayton, 25, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 1992 due to f i neart ranure ana the complications odiabetes. He (J in Salt Lake CTty at the University Uni-versity of Utah Medical Center. He was born in Denver, Colorado on February 12, 1967. He was the Elders Quorum Executive Secretary in the Centerville 18th Ward. He was a Life Scout. Joel had a lifelong intense love and interest in railroads, and basketball was one of his favorite pastimes. He loved to build from the time he was a small child, and after high school he worked in the building industry with a special interest in-terest in concrete. For the past year he has been employed at Pro-Mark, Inc. as a product assembler. Even though Joel became blind about four years ago, he always dreamed of building his own business. Most recently, he has been designing and supervising the construction of high quality redwood picnic tables. He is survived by his parents, Ron and Dolly Clayton of Centerville; Center-ville; one brother, Paul Edward of Centerville; grandmother, Marie Clayton of New Braunfels, Texas; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by a brother, Andrew Emest. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 2, 1992, 12 noon at the Centerville First Ward, 160 son of Ronald Joel and Lois (Dolly) Simmerman Clayton. Joel was a 1985 graduate of Viewmont High School and LDS Seminary. He also completed "with highest h onors ' a c ourse in Building Construction from NRI.
