Notice is hereby civen that the Divi- sion is commencing an informal adjudicative adju-dicative proceeding to consider for ad-rninistrative ad-rninistrative approval, the application for a used oil reclaimer permit dated September 26, 1 99 1 , submitted by Michael Hobby, representative for K-West K-West Recycling Corporation, 1474 West 1500 South, Woods Cross, Utah 84087. The used oil reclaiming facility is located at 1474 West 1500 South, Woods Cross, Utah 84087. Approximately Approx-imately 1,000,000 gallons per year of used oil will be processed for recycling at this facility utilizing a thermal distillation process. Any person desiring to object to the application or otherwise intervene in the proceeding, must file a written protest or notice of intervention within fifteen days of the date of publication of this notice. If such a protest oi notice of intervention in-tervention is received and is determined to be of such a nature to substantially affect the persons interests, an informal adjudicative hearing will be scheduled before the presiding officer of the Division.
