Show SDS considers verdict o victory; will not appeal, Students for a Democratic Society Soc-iety (SDS) has decided not to appeal the guilty verdict it received re-ceived following the trial in which SDS was accused of violating the the campus speaker policy. The decision, handed down by the Associated Students of the University Uni-versity of Utah (ASUU) Judiciary Sunday, found SDS guilty, but because be-cause it acted in good faith, no action ac-tion will be taken.
