Show Chi Omega nabs queen title Lisa Frost, sponsored by Chi Omega, was chosen 1969 Homecoming Home-coming Queen, last night in the Union Ballroom before an audience audi-ence of 200. She competed with 13 other girls selected to represent other clubs and organizations on campus. Lisa was crowned by 1968 Homecoming Queen Maurine Jensen. Jen-sen. Lisa's attendants are, Jill Frank, Pi Beta Phi and Marjorie Meads, Chi Omega. The girls were judged by a panel of five judges, Mrs. Frances H. Hoopes, former manager in charge of advertising at ZCMt; Mrs. Helen Smith, model for ZCMT; Steve Hale, Deseret News columnist; Mrs. Paul Engeman, former judging chairman; and Murray Mclnnes, co-owner of the Village Brownstone. Lisa, a sophomore, is a major in business, was selected Sigma Chi Derby Darling, is an Army and Honor sponsor and enjoys horseback riding. Bob Leinwebber of KALL radio, served as master of ceremonies. Don Pugh, Homecoming Queen Chairman welcomed and introduced intro-duced Miss Jensen. Lisa was asked the question, "Your date is wearing a hairpiece made for a boy. During your dance, it falls off, how would you react?" Lisa said, "I would sympathize sym-pathize with him and watch him pick it up." 85 girls participated in the preliminaries pre-liminaries from which the 13 were selected.
