Both these logged over 60 hours a week, in obtaining the voting machines, programing these machines, manning the polls and tabulating the results. Miss Isom, a sophomore and next year's Utonian business manager, was instrumental in getting the automatic voting machines as a gift for the University. Through her hard efforts and persistence a record vote of over 3,000 students stud-ents was polled. Because of the liberalization of election rules and the positive spirit displayed by Miss Isom and the Elections Committee, Com-mittee, this year's election was free of serious violations.
